What are the benefits of hosting NAPINSPACE?

Host can generate revenue on spaces that are otherwise dormant. NAPINSPACE will also allow host to provide new and unique amenity for their current tenants as well as to attract future tenants.

Who can host for NAPINSPACE?

Any one can host for NAPINSPACE. An office building with vacant units, a private business with extra office space, a hotel with unused spaces are few of many potential hosts for NAPINSPACE.

Who can host for NAPINPOD?

Our NAPINPOD units are suitable for hosts who has open space settings and want to provide unique amenity to their current tenants/employees. Host can opt to manage the pod themselves or to have NAPINPOD team to manage it via our access system.

What kind of space/suite can be converted into a NAPINSPACE unit?

Any kind. All we need is a clean space and we’ll work with host to turn it into a NAPINSPACE.

Does it cost anything to host NAPINSPACE?

It does not cost anything to convert your suites/spaces into a NAPINSPACE unit. Connect with us to find out more.

What are the requirements NAPINSPACE needs from hosts?

In general, we only need a clean space, internet connection for the location and onsite support. That is it. Hosting NAPINSPACE does not involve any modification to the space. For those locations that opt to use our access system, conversion will take no more than 2 hours and you’ll have your suite up and running right away.                

How do guests check-in?

Guest can check-in via onsite check-in terminal on select locations or using our online/mobile app booking and reservation system. Host will provide onsite management to ensure timely scheduling and maintenance.

How do guests check-out?

Guest can check-out via onsite check-out terminal on select locations. For those who reserved the space in advance, check-out is done automatically when the reserved time expired. Host and guest will be notified prior to expiration to ensure timely transition for the next guest.

How does host charge users?

NAPINSPACE handles the payments and reservations. Hosts will be issued a payment of net-revenue at the end of each month.

How much can host charge user to use NAPINSPACE?

Hosts will decide the rental rate appropriate for their space.

Who would use NAPINSPACE?

A traveling professional who needs a temp space to work/rest. A current tenant looking for some privacy during their work hours. A traveler looking for a quite place to work prior to checking in to their hotel. A mom looking for a safe & secure place to nurse her baby. The possibilities are endless. 

Can host convert a NAPINSPACE unit back to its original form to be leased out?

Conversion out of NAPINSPACE is a snap. For spaces that uses our access system, conversion out of NAPINPOD only take less than 1 hour. For other spaces, conversion out of NAPINSPACE can be done instantly & online.

Who does the host call if there’s a problem?

Each NAPINSPACE & NAPINPOD location is monitored remotely. Hosts can contact us via email or phone directly to our call center.

Who would I use NAPINPOD or NAPINSPACE?

Think of NAPINPOD or NAPINSPACE as your private & personal space on demand. In the past, our users have used us as a temporary place to work, rest, nurse babies, hold meetings or as short term storage.

How do I find NAPINPOD or NAPINSPACE?

You can find us via our website or app (coming soon). You can also look for any buildings that bears our logo in their main entrance door. Building management will direct you to the NAPINSPACE unit that is available to use.

Do I have to reserve in advance?

No, you don’t have to. At all of NAPINPOD and select NAPINSPACE locations, check-in can be done onsite & on-demand. All you need is your credit card for payment & as your key to access your unit.

How do I reserve?

You can reserve a NAPINSPACE via our website. Our mobile app reservation is coming soon.

How do I check-in?

Guest can check-in via onsite check-in terminal on select locations or using our online/mobile app booking & reservation system. Building management will provide onsite support & management as needed.

How do I check-out?

Guests can check-out via onsite check-out terminal on select locations. For those who reserve a space in advance, check-out is done automatically when the reserved time expired. Onsite management and guest will be notified prior to expiration to ensure timely transition for the next guest.

How do you maintain each Pod/Space?

NAPINPOD & NAPINSPACE locations are cleaned and maintained daily with strict schedule to ensure a high quality of experience for every one of our guest.

What is a Pre-Authorized hold?

When reserving or booking via NAPINSPACE, we hold a specific amount to ensure there’s enough funds in the account & for security purposes. After check-out, funds will be returned to guest’s account minus the actual charge. Refund should be reflected within 5-10 business days, depending on guest’s bank.

Who do I contact if I am having an issue with the space?
